Pipeline

We fuse together and install High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) piping. This piping is very versatile and has many advantages over corrugated metal pipe and concrete piping. Advantages to using HDPE piping include:

  • It doesn’t become brittle below 32 degrees
  • It doesn’t leak because its seamlessly fused
  • No corrosion
  • Withstands freezing water well
  • Weather resistant to UV
  • It is very durable
  • Can fuse any length together
  • Flexible to certain extent

Hydrovac Truck

We recently acquired a brand new Peterbilt Hydrovac Mud Dog 1600 and we also own a 2013 Peterbilt Hydrovac Mud Dog 1600. Hydrovacing is a process using pressurized water and a large industrial vacuum to excavate soil. It is extremely useful for utility and underground line repair work. You can much more safely excavate soil with virtually no way of damaging the lines. It also makes for a smaller area excavated since you can suck the dirt straight out which results in less backfill. Hydrovacs are great for uses such as:

  • Excavating in remote areas
  • Exposing utility lines for repair
  • Creating less need for backfill
  • Cold weather digging
  • Removing debris and sludge
  • Slot trenching
  • Fast and efficient
